Fair Wages

Associates are paid fair wages from their first day in the program and their hourly wage increases as they master new skills.

Why don't we pay a living wage?

Unfortunately, living wages aren't the going rate for seamstresses, so while we support living wage payment, it would set an unfair and unrealistic expectation for our Associates upon graduation. However, when combined with household income, many of our grads' families experience living wages within a few years after graduation.
